Fall 2026

by | Nov 6, 2026

We hope everyone had a wonderful Summer. It’s hard to believe kids are already back in school and the
pools are closing up for the season. Emma is settled into kindergarten and seems to be liking it. Angel
and her husband took their youngest son back to Purdue last weekend for his junior year. Time Flies!

Market and Economic Update:
There is certainly no shortage of headlines right now, but I continue to come back to something pretty
basic: earnings matter, and earnings have been strong.
Corporate earnings continue to grow, and estimates remain encouraging as we look toward 2027. That
doesn’t mean markets won’t have periods of volatility, but it does give us a solid fundamental backdrop.

NVIDIA was a good example this week. The company once again beat expectations, with revenue up
significantly from a year ago. More importantly, its outlook for the next several quarters remain very
strong, reinforcing just how much investment continues to flow into AI.

Tomorrow, attention turns to Jackson Hole and Fed Chair Kevin Warsh. Markets will be listening closely
for any clues about inflation, interest rates and what may come next from the Fed.
There are always things to worry about in the markets. But underneath the daily noise, companies are
growing earnings and continuing to invest for the future. That’s something I believe is worth keeping in
perspective.

As always, we’ll stay focused on the things we can control—your financial plan, appropriate
diversification, and making thoughtful decisions with a long-term perspective.
